Always Getting Fired

He's very sweet, and I think he means well, but he's always getting fired. He's never done everything terrible, it's always things like too many days missed, too many personal phone calls or emails. I felt bad for him at first, but now that the relationship is getting more serious I worry that we can never have a future if he can't keep a job for more than a few months. He always finds another job quickly, so he doesn't seem to think that there's anything wrong. I'm afraid that at some point he will run out of luck and won't be able to find another job. Does this relationship have a future?
